1415 Cahuenga Mixed Use

1415 N. Cahuenga Blvd. is comprised of street-level retail and restaurant space topped by residential units and a boutique hotel.  The seven-story, 102,600-square-foot  structure will contain 82 residential units, including 10 units of affordable housing, and 100 hotel rooms. There will be parking in four subterranean levels.  1415 Cahuenga features a sculptural roofline that combined with a playful composition of the hotel windows stand in contrast to the facades of neighboring buildings. The hotel’s fluted metal cladding adds texture to the prominent corner site. The residential portion of the building is accentuated by generous balconies and floor lines that break down the building’s mass into human-scaled elements.
