35,072 SQFT of new construction, a mixed-use building up to 120 feet in height on a 3,680 SQFT site, at 76 8th Avenue, on a busy intersection where 14th St meets 8th Ave in New York City. Located above the A, C, E and L train subway stop, the property sits between the vibrant Chelsea and Greenwich Village neighborhoods to the north and south respectively, with the Meatpacking District a few blocks west. The facade re-design was a collaboration between Gene Kaufman Architects, Raad Studio and Plus Design Studio, with the intent to speak to the future environment of this rapidly changing vibrant neighborhood.
